Down and dirty. No long-winded descriptions of food or minute-by-minute chronicling of my actions. If I'm going to pin snippets of my life on a page, they are most likely going to be from my past, from moments that have already lost their first blush and started to become stylized by my memory. Might as well scrawl down what's left of them and freeze them in the shape they have already taken for themselves.

I'm going to stay away from 'today' as much as I can. Because that's for me. I'm still living it.
