I was reading this "article" on MSN the other day about ways you can get in shape while trapped at work (doing exercises like clenching your buttocks while sitting at your desk, basically). My favorite suggestion was that you spend your time while waiting by the copier for your xeroxing to finish by doing lunges.
I can just imagine some buttoned-down Dockers & loafers guy standing there normally one minute and then the next placing his arms firmly akimbo at his waist, holding his back perfectly erect, and lunging crazily forward. That would have to be a big hit around the office.
