So as obsessed, first-time parents we thought ordering special stamps of baby rampy in a santa hat to use on our Christmas cards was the best idea ever. Naturally the company took nine years to process our order and mail the stamps back to us, and we didn't receive them until after we'd already had to mail our Christmas cards out.

I didn't think it was that big of a deal to just hold onto them and use them with next year's cards, but now it turns out I'll have to buy a bajillion two-cent stamps to bump them up to the new 39-cent postal rate.
