This morning we were playing with and singing to baby, and mr rampy started singing "Why Can't I Be You?" to her (I guess because her life is so cosseted).

me: Heh, we should make one of those Kidz Bop CDs, where you have all the preteens singing wildly inappropriate songs like "Come on Over" and "Genie in a Bottle," complete with sexy dance moves, only ours could be all Cure songs. We could call it Baby Cure and market it like Baby Mozart. I can just see a bunch of two-year-old baby boys lisp-singing "Boys Don't Cry" and rubbing their little teary eyes. Of course, there's probably some Cure songs that would be totally inappropriate, even for a market already numbed by Kidz Bop.

me: Well, yes, like that.
